We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance/Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. This position includes every other weekend and is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate is dependable self-motivated and takes pride in maintaining a clean safe and comfortable environment. Candidates should have some general maintenance experience and be willing to float between maintenance projects and housekeeping duties as needed.

• Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility
• Assist with basic plumbing electrical carpentry and preventative maintenance
• Help maintain heating and cooling equipment as directed
• Replace light bulbs and complete general building upkeep
• Maintain the grounds and outdoor areas as needed
• Work closely with nursing and other departments to provide exceptional service to residents
• Perform daily housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic maintenance skills and willingness to perform housekeeping duties as needed
• Dependable organized and able to work independently
• Strong customer service skills with compassion and respect for our residents
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
