Job Duties!
- Facility Repairs: Carpentry roofing flooring painting and plumbing fixes
- System Maintenance: Keep air conditioning electrical generators freezers and fire alarms running smoothly
- Fleet & Grounds: Maintain golf carts vehicles mowers and facility landscaping
- Power Tool Mastery: Safely operate electric saws drills chainsaws and Hilti/Ramset guns
- Safety First: Strictly follow chemical handling storage and preparation guidelines
