Job Summary
Role - Mainframe Production Support - Infra Admin
Location - Pennsylvania - (5 days onsite)
Primary Skill:
- CA-7 support Control-M Batch monitoring and scheduling JCL.
- Experience with JCL CA7 batch scheduling CA7 admin work UNIX scripting FTP batch job error resolution ServiceNow Endevor. Harvest
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills:
- Strong skills in CA-7 batch monitoring and scheduling techniques for a multiplatform environment or any other equivalent scheduling tool.
- Extensive knowledge of batch processing and experienced in resolving batch abends like SB-37SE-37 Catalog issues JCL errors.
- Providing immediate fixes and submitting the job from CA-7-CA11
- Knowledge in TSO ISPF File AID SPOOL.
- Strong skills in Unix Shell scripting.
- Knowledge and experience in Endevor / any version control tool.
- Have knowledge / experience in service management application such as Service-Now.
- A good decision-maker with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
- An effective communicator capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationship/rapport quickly.
