Mt. Juliet CDJR is hiring Technicians with proven experience in adealership service department. You will handle advanced diagnostics warranty work engine repairs on FCA vehicles. This role fits a technician who wants stability strong workflow and a team that respects high-level skill.

SCHEDULE
Full time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive systems including engines steering brakes suspension transmission air conditioning etc.
• Complete service and repair assignments efficiently safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chryslers quality standards
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer

REQUIREMENTS

• CDJR Phase 1 2 or 3 Certification (preferred)
• CDJR dealership experience (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic accuracy
• Ability to handle high-line jobs efficiently
• Valid drivers license
• Master Certified or 2 years automotive technician/mechanic experience
• Team-oriented flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment alignment system diagnostic equipment AC equipment etc.)
• Strong Automotive knowledge
• Valid Drivers License
• Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
• Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test
• We perform a standard pre-employment drug screen; however THC is excluded from the testing panel
