Job Type: Full Time
Shift available:1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Compensation: Between $19.50/hr - $20.50-hr depending on experience

Principal Accountabilities:
- Picking customer orders to be shipped
- Packing product and generating labels through WMS system
- Inventory counting & Receiving
- Weighing packing and labeling candy products as determined by printed work orders and/or component statements
- Documenting completed work orders and recording finished goods build data
- Use of scanners and computer as necessary
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations(including food safety policies and procedures)
- Maintaining a safe and clean environtment
- Walk behind and Stand Up forklift operation
- Labeling and assisting in packing of product when necessary
Required Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production warehouse facility.
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting safely with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to operate machinery with or without reasonable accommodation
Experience in a production environment
Ability to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice
Ability to work in Elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Previous shipping and receiving experience in a Warehouse
Experience using forklift or similar equipment
