• Set up and operate complex milling machines and traditional lathes safely.
• Machine precision aerospace components from various metals plastics and nonmetals.
• Maintain exceptionally tight tolerances and perform regular part quality audits.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints design layouts and technical specifications.
• Maintain a highly organized clean and safe workspace on the facility floor.

• Pay Range:$20.00 $40.00 / hour (DOE).
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday Day Shift (5:00 AM 3:30 PM) OR Night Shift (3:15 PM 1:45 AM).
• Location: Puyallup WA.

• Prior experience as a CNC machinist or machine operator required (experienced mill operators preferred).
• Proven competency executing setups and modifications on mills and/or lathes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with micrometers and calipers.
• Reliable personal transportation and a track record of excellent attendance.
