Job Summary
- Performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Assign work to team as needed to ensure all jobs have adequate coverage and work schedules are met
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards Drive departmental KPIs and communicate to team
- Work with engineering to resolve problems to related parts supplies equipment or processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Assign work to team as needed
- Drive department KPIs
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed formal training (Apprenticeship program) or 6yrs of CNC Machine Set-up
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols
- Expertise in interpreting intricate technical drawingsand specifications to produce parts with tight tolerances
In-depth knowledge of CNC machine setup operation and programming including lathes mills and grinders

The salary range for this position is (Low: $67200.00 Mid: $82100.00 $96800.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
