Machinist II (3rd)

dormakaba is seeking a Machinist II based in Indianapolis IN. The Machinist II is responsible for performing machine setups tool changes and adjusting as necessary

This position may be available on Third Shift (9:30PM 6:00AM) with a base pay range of $23/hr. - $27/hr. plus $.75/hr. shift differential. Mandatory overtime as needed

$2000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview)

• Operate machine according to standard operating instructions
• Document and inspect qualityof work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP)
• Use micrometers height gauges calipers and comparator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Extensive experience operating setups tool changes etc.
• Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading/comprehension Geometric Dimensional and Tolerance(GD&T)
• Ability to perform advanced quality inspections

• Professional communication skills
