The work you will do mattersevery component you build inspect assemble or move supports customers across the globe and helps keep the lights on for millions of people.

What youll do

• Set up and operate production equipment and tooling in a gas turbine manufacturing environment.
• Perform standard machining operations on metal components using CNC equipment.
• Follow blueprints work instructions and established procedures to produce parts that meet required specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers calipers and gauges to inspect work and verify part quality.
• Support related shop operations such as deburring blending part handling and material movement as needed.
• Operate material-moving equipment such as forklifts and jib or gantry cranes as trained.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized work area while following all compliance and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Take ownership of safety quality and productivity in your area of responsibility.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manual or CNC machine operator in a manufacturing or machine shop environment or successful completion of a recognized machinist training program.
• Experience following work instructions and using basic precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and wear required personal protective equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Successful completion of an assessment for the job class background check and drug screen.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this role.

Pay Rate: $30.31 - $31.61 per hour
Eligible for a $1.00/hour shift premium on 2nd and 3rd
