Machine Set Up Operator (Western Wire)

What Youll Do

In this role youll play a critical part in setting up and operating a variety of machines to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications. Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet tight tolerances and finish requirements
• Identifying materials and preparing machines for production runs
• Loading raw materials and ensuring proper machine configuration
• Troubleshooting setup tooling and production issues to minimize downtime
• Operating multiple machines simultaneously with efficiency and precision
• Inspecting parts regularly to ensure quality and accuracy
• Following blueprints work instructions (VAs) and technical specifications

Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on role that includes:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and moving heavier items with assistance)
• Standing walking bending reaching and performing repetitive tasks
• Using both fine and gross motor skills
• Maintaining focus and accuracy in a production environment
