Machine Operator/ Parts Trimmer- Plastic Injection Molding- 2nd Shift

Duties
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding stamping presses and flexo presses
- Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburring excess material on products
- Use Sanders
- Paint raw product to consumer liking
- Make sure product is to quality specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals
- Handle materials safely and efficiently adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabriciation tasks
- Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output
- Repetitive use of hands and lifting
- Will be wokring with chemicals
- Package and prepare product for shipment
Qualifications
- Capable of learning air tool operation (sander grinder paint gun etc)
- Capable of learning hand tool operation ( drills scrappers hammer etc)
- Must be albe to add subtract multiply and divide
- Be able to lift 30 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Computer skills helpful
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work individually and as a team
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transporation
- Must be able to work overtime including 10 hours and weekends when required
