What Youll Do

Depending on the position youre selected for responsibilities may include:

• Safely operate CNC machines industrial saws coating equipment and other manufacturing machinery
• Read work orders production schedules and job specifications
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Load unload and move materials throughout the production process
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Cross train in multiple production areas to expand your skills

What Were Looking For

Were looking for individuals who enjoy hands on work and take pride in producing quality products.

Qualified candidates typically have:

• One to three years of machine operating experience CNC experience or industrial manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A safety first mindset
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
