Machine Operator 4-Day Work Week!

Location:Red Diamond Moody AL
Shifts Available:

• First Shift: MondayThursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM ($19/hour)
• Second Shift: MondayThursday 3:30 PM 2:00 AM ($21/hour)

Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What Youll Do:

As a Machine Operator youll play a key role in our production process by:

• Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
• Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean safe work area
• Assembling and labeling boxes and supporting other production tasks

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)

• Stable work history and consistent reliability

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals
• Dependability matters we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work.
• Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
