Job Summary
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday: Possible short hours during busy seasons
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our chocolate manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment monitoring product quality and ensuring smooth production of chocolate products in a clean food-grade environment.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in chocolate production
- Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet daily goals
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors
- Follow all company safety and food manufacturing procedures
- Previous machine operating experience preferred but willing to train qualified candidates
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must wear a hairnet and comply with all food safety and GMP requirements
