Machine Operator

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday: Possible short hours during busy seasons

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our chocolate manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment monitoring product quality and ensuring smooth production of chocolate products in a clean food-grade environment.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in chocolate production
• Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet daily goals
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Follow all company safety and food manufacturing procedures

• Previous machine operating experience preferred but willing to train qualified candidates
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must wear a hairnet and comply with all food safety and GMP requirements
