Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator with manufacturing and forklift experience to join our production team. If you have experience operating production equipment maintaining quality standards and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment wed like to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Set up operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintain production quality.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety environmental and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in continuous improvement and team initiatives.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience required
- Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
- Strong attention to detail and measurement skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending stooping pushing pulling and gripping.
- Lift up to 20 lbs.
- Wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection.
- Steel-toe/composite-toe footwear required on the production floor.
