If you thrive in a collaborative environment where precision matters and you can occasionally step up to guide team members this is the perfect spot for : $21.00 /hr. - $27.40/: Sunday Wednesday 7am to 7pmLocation: Hagerstown MDCulture & Engagement:Safety First Standard Food Trucks Employee Events Holiday Parties Employee Recognition Program Advancement Opportunities!Job Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Efficiently set up operate and maintain industrial laminating machinery according to production Monitoring: Keep a close eye on production runs consistently monitoring film temperature and overall machine performance to ensure an optimal Adjustments: Make necessary mechanical tweaks on the fly using standard hand tools to minimize downtime and prevent Assurance: Conduct regular meticulous quality checks to guarantee that the final product meets our top-tier company and customer First: Strictly follow support and promote all workplace safety policies and Collaboration: Support your teammates and take on other production duties as needed to ensure the shift You Bring:Technical & Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to troubleshoot and handle minor machine adjustments using hand to Detail: Exceptional focus on product quality numbers and precision settings (like heat and speed).Core Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to easily read understand and execute complex written & Teamwork: A true team player who communicates effectively and has the confidence to provide direction to helpers or peers when & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred along with prior experience in a manufacturing or mechanical operator Requirements & Working ConditionsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour : Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs bending and reaching for extended : Able to work safely and comfortably in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment.
