We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a busy warehouse/manufacturing facility in the Bay Minette area! This position is ideal for dependable individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment and stay focused throughout long shifts.
Job Duties:
Feed materials into production machines
Monitor machines and product quality closely
Keep production running smoothly and efficiently
Watch for machine issues or defects in product
Meet daily production goals and quotas
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
Requirements:
Ability to stand in the same place for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a repetitive production environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability required
Ability to keep up with production pace and goals
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Must be dependable and safety-focused
Schedule:
12-hour shifts
Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
