Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.93

Shift Premium: 2nd shift $2.00/hr 3rd shift $2.50/hr

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform safe efficient machine setup and operation
• Complete quality checks and document production
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Keep machines clean and perform basic preventive maintenance
• Work independently and as part of a team

Shifts available: 1st 2nd or 3rd

Machine Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1 year manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable motivated and able to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Bonus Skills: Mechanical aptitude experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions willingness to learn.
