What Youll Do

As a Machine Operator youll play an important role in keeping our production operations running safely and efficiently while ensuring our corrugated products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up operate and monitor production machinery

• Perform accurate and efficient machine setups and changeovers

• Run materials through machines according to production specifications

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency

• Identify and report equipment issues or defective materials

• Read and follow work orders blueprints and production specifications

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety rules and regulations

• Complete work orders based on production needs

What Were Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of production equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift

• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure

• Ability to read and follow blueprints production schematics and detailed instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screening
