The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up operating monitoring troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance on roll-forming machinery to ensure the safe and efficient production of quality products. The role includes meeting daily production quotas conducting quality inspections loading raw materials packaging finished products recording production and scrap and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
PAY RATE: 19.00 hour
LOCATION: Hamilton OH 45015

Operators are also responsible for identifying equipment issues reporting defects or safety concerns assisting with inventory and supporting other production areas as needed.
This position requires prior manufacturing experience the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing walking bending and other physical tasks throughout the workday.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
