What Were Looking For:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform packing assembly and operate machinery as per instructions
Follow work orders labeling requirements and productivity standards
Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department
Build productive relationships and contribute to team success
Learn and follow company policies procedures and processes under direct supervision
Train team members when directed by supervisors
Uphold and follow company values and standards

Key Skills and Competencies:
Basic computer skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment
Open to receiving guidance feedback and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards
Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Work on-site
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Work scheduled hours
• Wear PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Safety glasses steel-toed boots ear plugs gloves etc.
• See color
• Move objects up to 50 pounds
