Job Title: Machine Operator IDepartment: ProductionReports To: Production SupervisorFLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Summary:The Machine Operator I is responsible for safely and efficiently operating assigned machinery to produce quality products according to specifications. This role includes monitoring machine performance performing basic troubleshooting and ensuring that all production materials are handled properly and recorded Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate production machinery according to job and interpret tape measures copy folders and other setup unwind Mabeg and related systems to prepare feed and replace and monitor print quality perforations registration lines and materials to ensure proper records of roll weights material usage and production basic adjustments clear jams and assist with routine machine a clean safe and organized work environment following all company safety with supervisors or maintenance regarding equipment or quality production and quality documentation as additional duties as :High school diploma or GED math measurement and mechanical aptitude to read and interpret production instructions and machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long attention to detail quality and safety.
