This is a Weekend Day Shift (AWW1): Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 6 a.m. 6:30 p.m.

What You Will Do:

• Machine Operator 1 - Ability to operate a variety of production on the job to become proficient and certified in performing the operations in at least 2 auxiliary equipment standard work groups e.g. Bake/Grit; PHT; Pinhole Check and Surface Roughness position will require performing routine operations. Working on the production line you will produce blades and or vanes as well as perform all quality checks. These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed.
• Perform daily standard work and perform complex operations successfully and adhere to standard work and all work instructions while performing tasks
• Clock labor in Solumina perform Daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and document results
• Keep equipment and work area clean (5S).
• May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop ones skills - Responsibilities are not limited to the listed items above and can be changed or modified based on skill level proficiency and overall performance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High School Diploma / GED
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Previous Manufacturing experience or education or Advanced Manufacturing Certification
