Please note this is a full-time 2nd shift position (3:15pm - 11:45pm Monday - Friday).
General Summary
Responsible for maintenance and daily operations of casting machines process parameters sampling process development and casting quality as well as supervision of all maintenance personnel on respective shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support maintenance technicians on 2nd shift in a fast-paced die casting manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pneumatic mechanical and electrical equipment up to 480V.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Diagnose machine failures and coordinate repairs to quickly restore production.
- Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout and all safety requirements.
- Maintain upgrade and improve die casting equipment and related systems.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and standard work practices.
- Train coach and support maintenance team members.
- Collaborate with Production Engineering and Quality teams to improve safety quality and efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance inventories and recommend replacement parts as needed.
- Communicate equipment status repairs and priorities effectively between shifts.
- Previous maintenance experience
Salary: $29.00/hr. ($1.00 differntial)
