The ISu0026T Mergers u0026 Acquisitions team maintains accountability for all ISu0026T activities globally to ensure the seamless integration of people and technology into Apple. The team is responsible for the project management methodology documentation and templates KPIs executive reporting and delivery activities for all Mu0026A integration projects. Members work closely with leadership business stakeholders technical engineers trainers support teams information security and others to successfully integrate acquired organizations. The Project Manager role oversees the planning execution and operational transition of Mu0026A integration projects. It orchestrates project communication marshals resources based on needs drives solutions to unique integration requirements manages project timelines and otherwise facilitates the transition of acquired companies into the Apple corporate environment. This role is highly cross-functional requiring a strong ability to align diverse teams on a common goal. A blend of business and technical acumen coupled with project management discipline is critical to success.

Manage communication with project stakeholders business partners and leadershipnCoordinate and track ISu0026T deliverables (e.g. network circuit procurement training e-mail migration) across concurrent projectsnLead process and technology solutioning efforts with functional and regional groupsnProvide regular and accurate reporting on the status timeline and health of Mu0026A integrationprojectsnMaintain program documentation to reflect the most current integration processes and toolsnCollaborate with business partners to identify and document technology needsnCollaborate with global teams to develop document and deliver plans for each projectnMaintain close relationships with support functions such as Collaboration Services DNS NewProduct Security and Apple Information SecuritynDevelop and maintain a working knowledge of trends and best practices within ApplenEstablish and cultivate positive relationships at all levels

5 years related Mu0026A experiencenProven track record of managing technical activities on Mu0026A integration projects in a global environmentnClear understanding of networking e-mail web server DNS and domain technologies

BA/BS degree or equivalent preferrednPMP or other project management certification a plusnA dependable team player with business maturity enthusiasm and a positive attitudenExceptional problem solving and critical thinking skillsnEffectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individualsnExcellent communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts to all levels of personnel (staff to executive)nThrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple competing prioritiesnAble to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts
