HealthRIGHT 360 a nonprofit organization and a family of programs is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services including mental health care residential and outpatient substance use treatment and primary health services. Additionally we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health fostering resilience and facilitating Prototypes Womens Center in Oxnard offers residential substance abuse treatment and detox services tailored specifically for women including those who wish to involve their children in their journey to recovery. Our program in Ventura County aims to assist women in maintaining their progress in overcoming co-occurring disorders through a wide range of supportive services. Children can foster a secure attachment with their mothers in a secure setting while also accessing mental health support and educational assistance. The facility can accommodate up to 56 women and 28 children for On Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in delivering direct in-person care and monitoring to clients enrolled in Residential and Withdrawal Management Programs. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Nurse Manager the LVN provides care aligned with individualized treatment objectives. The LVN consistently upholds professional boundaries adheres to nursing standards and demonstrates cultural sensitivity. By treating all clients with respect compassion and empathy and by collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team LVN supports the delivery of high-quality care and promotes positive treatment outcomes. The On Call LVN provides coverage on all shifts as RESPONSIBILITIESClient Care & Clinical SupportParticipate in the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of the nursing care client care and and report on client behavioral and record accurate vital universal precautions including correct handling of bloodborne pathogens storage of lab specimens and disposal of infectious a safe environment for with clients to support their participation in the with orientation admission transfer and discharge of ManagementProvide timely updates and status reports to the physician for clients receiving withdrawal management MAT and/or with co-occurring mental filling of client prescriptions and work with the pharmacy to ensure medications are delivered in a timely up medications at the pharmacy as the medication room and destroy medications as needed per the medication book in compliance with all funder requirements and update it staff training on medication protocols and withdrawal management protocols including vital signs observations and and Other DutiesDocument client treatment progress incident reports and medical report and assist with the management of emergencies and submit incident reports to the Program Director in a timely to professional clerical support as all assigned training in a timely and actively participate in meetings and compliance with licensing perform other duties as Certification or LicensureMust have a valid license with California Board of Vocational BLS California Drivers License and access to registered and insured working with dual diagnosis experience in community mental health behavioral health or recovery treatment centers preferred.
