LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) - Nursing Home- Denton TX

$40 hour DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available)
Shift:

6:00AM 2:00 P.M. (3)

2:00 PM 10:00 PM (5)

Sunday Saturday
Note: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.
Able to start any day during the week given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
6 months contract
Nurses will be expected to attend EVERY day of New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education Monday-Friday 8a-5p for approximately 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry Receive full training

Requirements

Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in Texas
