Must possess a valid LVN license

Responsibilities
Perform vocational nursing duties under moderate supervision
Provide patient care including medication administration education and documentation.
Deliver care to meet the treatment and general welfare needs of patients
Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and Unit Nurse Manager
Perform computer data entry (training provided)
Comply with facility procedures policies and applicable Joint Commission and CMS standards.
