The Role:
As the first point of contact you will set the tone for our clients visits and incoming phone calls. You will manage our high-end showroom reception area handle administrative duties and ensure every guest receives white-glove service.

Key Responsibilities:
- First Impressions: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism offering beverages and ensuring their comfort while they wait.
- Communications: Manage a multi-line phone system screening and routing calls to the appropriate department (Sales Service Finance etc.) with precision and speed.
- Administrative Support: Clerical duties assigned by department managers that include: Office Mgr GM Sales Mgr. and other managers as requested
Qualifications:
- Professional Presence: Impeccable grooming and a polished professional demeanor that aligns with luxury brand standards.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally polite helpful and empathetic phone and in-person presence.
- Organization: The ability to multitask gracefully in a dynamic sometimes demanding environment.
