YOUR ROLE

As a Luxury Service Advisor you are the face of our service department and the trusted liasion between our guest and our master technicians. You arent just writing their repair orders---you are managing a portfolio of client relationships guiding them through their vehicles care lifecyclewith absolute transparency expertise and polish.
