Luxury Automotive Service Advisor

You will serve as the trusted liaison between clients and our expert service team coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs while delivering a personalized seamless experience with precision clear communication and professionalism.

We are seeking a confident highly organized professional who enjoys building client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how vehicles operate and can translate technical information into clear helpful guidance for clients. They remain composed in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing the attentive elevated service luxury clients expect.

• Greet and consult with customers regarding their luxury vehicles service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule and expedite repairs or maintenance.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper documentation.
• Up sell recommended services and products to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure availability and timely delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety guidelines and manufacturer standards.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferably in a luxury automotive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Proficiency with service scheduling and customer management software.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

• Compensation ranging from $80000 to $120000 per year(base pay commission).
