Luce Elementary School School Aide

The Luce Elementary Schoolis looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve
asa school aide for the 2026-2027school year.

We are a community that values equity social-emotional learning and inclusive access to engaging learning experiences for all students and as such candidates should feel comfortable filling in across all grade levels and in a variety of roles within the school.

The Luce Elementary Schoolis looking for a candidate who possesses the following traits:

• Flexible and patient
• Creates a welcoming environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with students colleagues and administrators.
• Support a wide range of students during lunch.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and training as required within the workday.
• Supervise students as needed during unstructured times such as recess or lunch.

Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Principal Team Chair or Administrative Assistant.

The position is part-time 2-3 hours per day.

Compensation: $20/hour
