What Youll Be Doing
- Perform express oil changes tire rotations fluid top-offs multi-point inspections test batteries change wipers etc.
- Identify routine maintenance needs and communicate clearly with customers
- Work alongside experienced technicians upgrading your skills in real time
- Maintain high standards of serviceSubaru owners expect the best and so do we
What You Bring to the Team
- Prior experience in express service (Jiffy Lube Valvoline Take 5 or similar)
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication and team-collaboration skills
- A valid drivers license and a long-term view toward technician development
