Job Summary
Outerland is a 70-person landscaping company located on Cape Cod looking to add an entry-level mechanic to our team. This is a lube tech position a great fit for someone just getting started who wants to learn the trade and grow with us. If youre mechanically curious comfortable with basic tools and ready to build real skills we want to hear from you.
Youll work alongside people who are happy to teach. No advanced experience required just a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What Youll Do
- Perform routine oil changes lubrication and basic preventative maintenance on trucks and landscaping equipment
- Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and learn hands-on
- Keep the shop and equipment clean organized and running smoothly
- Help track and log maintenance work
What Were Looking For
- Beginner-level experience is fine well train the right person
- Familiarity with using basic hand and shop tools
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Dependability and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a more advanced mechanic role

Schedule
Full-time is preferred but well consider part-time candidates working no less than 3 days per week.
