Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:6A-6P shift Is responsible for providing direct and indirect total nursing care of residents during the assigned shift of work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assigns directs and supervises resident resident needs and concerns as it occurs and enters a nurse s note in their medications and treatments as ordered by changes occurring with residents or personnel to the Director of Nursing Assistant Director of Nursing and/or Resident Care physician and families informed about residents status as teamwork between staff members shifts and other required documentation accurately and in a timely work all shifts or Treatment Nurse as need an LPN and RN are concurrently working the same shift the RN will assume the role of Charge Nurse and the LPN will report to the meetings and educational sessions as attendance and all other duties as for the direction and supervision of CNAs/splits performing resident care and ensuring tasks are nurses notes for acute illness doctor visits when going out on pass and MDPOA in a timely manner with updates/changes/new other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility: This position oversees CNAs.
