Position: LPN/LVN Long Term Care (LTC)

Pay rate $43/HR
Gross $1548.72/Week
Non Taxable: $999.72
Taxable: $549

Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 1 Year of LTC Experience Preferred
Experience with Medication Administration & Treatments
Experience Supervising CNAs Preferred
Cerner EMR Experience a Plus

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and document changes
Complete nursing notes and required charting accurately
Communicate with physicians families and care teams
Supervise and direct CNAs during assigned shifts
Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
Promote teamwork across departments and shifts
