• Hours:Full Time or Part Time opportunities available.

Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patients condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members. Travel is required to visit multiple primary care clinics.

• Wisconsin LPN license required or AAMA/CCMA certification required.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
