Location: Ware Behavioral Health 1007 Mary St. Waycross Closing date: Open until filledHourly Rate: Commensurate with experience and educationJob Description: Provides a broad range of paraprofessional social services and nursing duties to clients and their families. Conducts client intakes participates in treatment team planning. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. May perform case management Responsibilities: Full time: 7 AM 6 PM Monday :Ability to identify medication. Ability to assist physician. Ability to convey patients information to physician. Skill in routine medical procedures i.e. giving injections measuring temperature pulse respiration blood pressure etc. Ability to maintain accurate medical records of treatments medications symptoms and patient Minimum Qualifications: Must have a valid Georgia LPN license with no limitations. Must also be proficient in the use of a be at least 21 years old to apply.
