Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide private duty nursing services to students with documented health needs at school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will provide continuous student-specific nursing support during the school day and related activities.

Requirements:
Active Maryland LPN license
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Pediatric school nursing or private duty nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the students Plan of Care
Accompany and monitor assigned student throughout the school day and transportation when required
Administer medications and ordered treatments
Support health needs such as tube feeding catheterization suctioning oxygen support diabetic monitoring and other physician-ordered care within scope
Communicate with school staff families and health care providers as appropriate
Maintain accurate service and health documentation
Any other duties as assigned within scope
