A reputable healthcare system that borders beautiful Lake Ontario is searching for Licensed Practical Nurses for its outpatient Physicians offices. They have various ortho ENT primary care cardiology and general surgery this role you will assist physicians in planning providing and evaluating patient care and observe patients for reactions to drugs treatments signs and symptoms.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate with physicians nurses and other patient care team members.
• Record all patient care provided in a precise and detailed manner.
• Administer medications to patients as needed/directed.
• Assists patients in ambulation and transports patients.
• Follow the principles of asepsis and infection control when performing patient care and for routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active PN License.
• 1 years of experience in a medical office is preferred.

Additional info:

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday-Friday 4x10 or 5x8
• NO WEEKENDS!
• Pay: $22-24/hr. depending on experience
