LPN Nurse Supervisor, 2nd Shift

At NHC we foster a supportive team-driven atmosphere that allows nurses to utilize both their clinical expertise and leadership skills within an Assisted Living Facility (ALF).

• Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the State

• Current South Carolina LPN License

• Prior experience in an Assisted Living Facility or supervisory role preferred

• Provide nursing oversight and direct resident care in accordance with ALF/SCALF regulations

• Administer medications and monitor resident health status within the assisted living scope of practice

• Supervise medication techs/nursing assistants during the 2nd shift

• Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules as needed due to call-ins or coverage needs

• Ensure compliance with South Carolina ALF/SCALF licensure requirements and policies

• Communicate effectively with residents families physicians and management

• Promote resident independence dignity and quality of life

• Serve as the on-site nursing leader for the 3:00pm11:00pm shift
