Job Title: LPN LTC / Nursing Home (Contract)
Location: Sioux Falls SD
Type: Contract 46 Weeks
Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour (Negotiable Based on Experience)
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM 6:00 PM) 12 Hour Shifts Every Other Weekend Required 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN LTC / Nursing Home for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sioux Falls.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC settings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams
Assist with daily patient care and support resident needs
Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements:
Current LPN License required
Previous Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work every other weekend
