Job Title: LPN LTC / Nursing Home (Contract)
Location: Palmyra
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Evening Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM) 8 Hour Shifts Every Other Weekend Required 40 Hours Weekly Guaranteed

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN LTC / Nursing Home for an exciting Travel or Local job in Palmyra.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC settings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Assist residents with daily care and support needs
Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements:
Current LPN License required
Previous Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work every other weekend
