Job Title: LPN -LTC(Locals Only)
Location: Albuquerque NM
Type: Contract 5 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 36 Hours/Week Sunday Monday Friday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN - Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting contract opportunity in Albuquerque NM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor assess and document resident conditions and responses to care
• Assist with admissions transfers and discharge processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care

Requirements

• Active New Mexico LPN License required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
• Long Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or related healthcare experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of EMR/documentation systems preferred
• Understanding of infection control and patient safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
