Job Summary
Location: Santa Fe NM
Duration: 14 Weeks Contract with Possible Extension
Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Local Pay: $1098 Weekly
Traveler Pay: $1694.88 Weekly
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Santa Fe NM. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient safety and well-being.
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications treatments and nursing procedures as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident support needs
- Promote a safe clean and therapeutic environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff providers therapists and support personnel
- Follow infection control safety and facility compliance standards
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care during night shifts
- Active New Mexico LPN license or active multistate compact license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent LPN experience required
- Previous Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong communication clinical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
