Job Summary

Job Title: LPN Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Santa Fe NM
Duration: 14 Weeks Contract with Possible Extension
Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Compensation

Local Pay: $1098 Weekly
Traveler Pay: $1694.88 Weekly

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Santa Fe NM. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Administer medications treatments and nursing procedures as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident support needs
  • Promote a safe clean and therapeutic environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff providers therapists and support personnel
  • Follow infection control safety and facility compliance standards
  • Deliver compassionate patient-centered care during night shifts
Qualifications
  • Active New Mexico LPN license or active multistate compact license required
  • Current AHA BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent LPN experience required
  • Previous Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
  • Strong communication clinical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate and professional patient care
