Job Summary

Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Location: Vero Beach FL

Duration: 8-Week Contract

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to support both front and back office operations in a primary care setting. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care activities blood draws preventative care services patient intake and administrative responsibilities while ensuring a positive patient experience and efficient clinic workflow.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support front and back office clinical operations

  • Greet room and prepare patients for provider visits

  • Obtain and accurately document patient information and vital signs

  • Perform blood draws and phlebotomy procedures

  • Assist providers with patient care and preventative health services

  • Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care activities

  • Answer patient inquiries and assist with administrative tasks

  • Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service

  • Maintain clean organized and safe patient care areas

  • Follow all clinic safety infection control and compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Active LPN License required

  • Current BLS or CPR certification required

  • Minimum 12 years of LPN experience preferred

  • Front and back office experience required

  • Phlebotomy/blood draw experience required

  • Knowledge of primary care and preventative services required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a primary care setting

  • EMR experience preferred

  • Experience supporting preventative care programs preferred
