Pay Rate: $1500 $2100/week (Depending on Experience)
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care team in Falmouth Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care support resident well-being and collaborate effectively with physicians nursing assistants and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate resident care activities and support quality patient care initiatives.
- Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans progress notes and physician orders.
- Receive and accurately document physician telephone orders.
- Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shift activities and resident care services.
- Complete and maintain required admission transfer and discharge documentation.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies state regulations and patient safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Current active and unrestricted Massachusetts LPN License.
- BLS / CPR Certification.
- AED Certification.
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of LPN experience required.
