Schedule: Day Shift 36 Hours Guaranteed 5 Weeks
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Working Days: Sunday Monday Friday

A skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque New Mexico is seeking an experienced LPN for a 5-week local contract assignment. The role involves providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting supporting residents clinical needs and ensuring safe high-quality nursing care.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor assess and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Support patient care plans and clinical interventions
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Ensure patient safety comfort and dignity at all times
- Communicate patient condition changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong medication administration and clinical skills required
- Ability to monitor and document patient conditions required
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures required
- Strong communication and documentation skills required
- Ability to work in a structured healthcare environment required
