Shift: Night Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 36 Hours/Week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Albuquerque NM.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records
• Assist with patient assessments vital signs and daily care activities
• Support patient safety infection control and quality care standards
• Collaborate with nurses physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments medications and care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and healthcare regulations
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and patient care needs

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in long-term care rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
