Under the supervision the Medical Director the LPN performs medical screening clinical observation CLIA-waived testing and administration of approved comfort medications to ensure participant safety and LPN supports diversion from emergency departments and the criminal justice system by delivering care grounded in trauma-informed practice and person-centered service delivery consistent with OHA Sobering and Deflection Center program unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of CPR/BLS to perform CLIA-waived testing under organizational CLIA certificateDemonstrated knowledge of:Substance use intoxication and withdrawalTrauma-informed and culturally responsive carePreferred: Experience in: Sobering or detoxification centersEmergency or urgent careBehavioral health or substance use disorder treatmentCommunity or correctional health settingsCurrent unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of OregonValid identification is growing and expanding our services!We are experiencing tremendous growth currently.
